40 for $40

We are asking 40 new partners to join us in giving $40 monthly in 2024. This will help move us into the future as we look forward to the next 40 years.

Each new donor will receive a commitment package which includes: Life Choices’ T-shirt, the book “Until Unity” by Francis Chan, a car sticker and a “Peace” keychain.

For each person that joins us by participating in the 40 for 40, a golden ticket will be placed on one of the blank tickets above. This is to represent how close we are with reaching our goal of 40 new monthly donors.

Life Choices accepts no government funding. Therefore, we rely solely on private donations for all facility operations and client services.

Life Choices is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your gifts are 100% tax-deductible (Tax ID number: 25-1482633). To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record.
